I have been struggling with sadness and anger lately. So what did I do...

Went to Julie Ann's and got the malted awesome mixer thing.

When life goes bad, custard helps.

HELLO WHO AM I

My name is Michael. I have lived a life that is complicated but the blessing is knowing thyself which is what I have been experiencing for the last two years.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago and work in the transportation field. I own Schoolbells Transportation and Huntley Hills Airport Transportation. These two businesses make me happy, help the community, and provide a source of income for drivers who want to work for themselves. I have been doing multiple types of transportation for over 20 years. From taxi to medical, school to public, and private car to ride share.

Having bosses in life is not always the best thing. Being your own boss is satisfying in many ways. If you don't like something you change it. You don't have to run it up the flagpole. You are control of your own destiny. The ceiling can go up, and the sky's the limit.

I also am an advocate for mental health as I run Polarlines, a social media group that is there to support people with Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, and the people who love those with these illnesses. It is very difficult not only to maneuver your life with these weights but to bust through the stigmas they bring into our daily lives.

I built this blog and website as a creative outlet for myself. For years I hosted and produced radio, public access televsion, and live shows that appeal to all ages. I went to Columbia College Chicago to perfect my craft and worked in radio commercially for close to 4 years.

I then decided to take the journey as a father as I have two wonderful girls who make me laugh, smile, and be proud every day. I am married to a wonderful caring woman who loves Tom Petty and Howard Stern, likes to eat french fries, and kicked her Diet Pepsi habit to the curb, cold turkey. Some of my personal interests are mixing music, trying to get into the gym and workout which I really enjoy when I do it, racquetball, poker, sometimes sports (Dolphins, White Sox, Blackhawks and Heat) and anything pro wrestling. I love to write, draw, create things, including businesses. I mentioned I own 3 right?
